Kayaking in Santa Cruz

Cost : Students: $40, Fac/Staff: $50

We will spend the day kayaking in Santa Cruz in the harbor and the ocean. Paddles, wet-suit and kayak included in the adventure. This is a day trip. we will carpool to Santa Cruz in the morning and return in the afternoon.

Catalina Island Adventure 2010

March 5-7, 2010
Cost : Students: $99, Fac/Staff: $109

Catalina Island is a beautiful island off the coast of Southern California. We will be leaving Friday mid-morning and traveling down to Southern California to take a boat cruise over to the island. Once there, we will camp for two nights, hike and play in the ocean.

Hiking in Santa Cruz

Cost : Students: $5, Fac/Staff: $10

We will spend the day hiking in Santa Cruz in Nisene Marks, a local California State Park. We will carpool over to Santa Cruz and spend the day. Hikers will need to bring snacks and water.

Paddle Surfing in Santa Cruz (SUP boarding)

April 9 , 2010
Cost : Students: $40, Fac/Staff: $50

We will spend the day stand-up paddling in the Santa Cruz bay. Get outdoors and explore the waters of Santa Cruz as you develop core muscles to promote balance. All equipment will be provided.

GET YOUR STROLL ON
Faculty and Staff get ready for Winter with your very own walking program! Each Stroller gets a pedometer and a link to track your progress on-line.

Bi-monthly meetings will keep you motivated and ready to roll!!
Cost is only $8 for the program (per school year)

We have qualified instructors to teach great classes such as pilates, hip hop, cardio salsa, tai chi, yoga, cardio kickboxing, massage instruction and much more!

You specify the time, place (we can help with this) and date. Then we will work with you to create the perfect class and environment based on your needs.

Session Information
All classes, trips, tournaments and clinics are subject to cancellation if minimums are not made. Prior notice will be given should a cancellation occur, and refunds will be given.
Members who are not faculty, staff, or students will be required to pay an additional ASCR usage fee to participate in sessions. This ASCR usage fee is only required to be paid one time per semester.
