Coming in Winter of 2010 (REGISTRATION BEGINS DEC 1, 2009):
Ski or Snowboard Dodge Ridge (South Lake Tahoe) , 1/22/2010 ($45 students, $55 faculty/staff)

  Cycling Adventure 2009  
         
   

Cycling Adventure

November 22, 2009. Fee is $8 for students and $12 for faculty or staff. Deadline to register is November 18, 2009

Event : We will start our ride from campus and ride to Los Gatos for lunch and back. The total mileage for this ride is 20 miles. This is a great way to spend a Sunday morning.
Participants need to supply own bike.

Ski Dodge Ridge

Cost : Students: $45, Fac/Staff: $55

We will spend the day skiing at Dodge Ridge in South Tahoe. This fee includes the lift ticket and we will carpooling to the slopes.

  Silicon Valley Run  
         
   

Silicon Valley Run: 5K, Half Marathon, and Marathon options

October 25, 2009. Cost : 5K Run or Walk, $35; Half Marathon, $60; and Marathon, $80.

We will be representing SJSU in a local event for health and fitness. Come out to support the community and get fit!

Registration deadline is October 21, 2009 in building BB

GET YOUR STROLL ON
Faculty and Staff get ready for Winter with your very own walking program! Each Stroller gets a pedometer and a link to track your progress on-line.

Bi-monthly meetings will keep you motivated and ready to roll!!
Cost is only $8 for the program (per school year)

We have qualified instructors to teach great classes such as pilates, hip hop, cardio salsa, tai chi, yoga, cardio kickboxing, massage instruction and much more!

You specify the time, place (we can help with this) and date. Then we will work with you to create the perfect class and environment based on your needs.

Session Information
All classes, trips, tournaments and clinics are subject to cancellation if minimums are not made. Prior notice will be given should a cancellation occur, and refunds will be given.
Members who are not faculty, staff, or students will be required to pay an additional ASCR usage fee to participate in sessions. This ASCR usage fee is only required to be paid one time per semester.
