  Group Fitness classes are offered year-round for students, faculty/staff, and ASCR Affiliates. During the Spring Semester you have have a wide variety of classes and over 30 hours per week (Monday-Saturday) of classes to choose from!

We offer a wide variety of classes ranging from indoor cycling to kickboxing to yoga.  Classes are offered at various times throughout the day this Spring Semester.  There are classes available for all levels of fitness.

  Policies   Fitness Pricing  
  Please click here for information on our Group Fitness Policies.   Student passes starting at $12!!  The fitness schedule runs Monday, August 24 through Friday, December 11, 2009. This price give you over 35 hours of fitness classes per week for the ENTIRE SEMESTER!
