| Group Exercise Enjoy working out within a group setting. Our classes combine an awesome cardio or strength training workout in a FUN environment! We offer a wide variety of non-credit fitness classes such as kickboxing, indoor cycling, zumba, water fitness, and sculpting. These fitness classes offer the opportunity to increase fitness levels, reduce stress, and most importantly, just have fun. |
