Our goal is to provide classes that are enjoyable learning experiences and provide life-long skills. Our instructors are highly trained and ensure each participant top quality instruction in a safe environment.
 
Group Exercise
Enjoy working out within a group setting.  Our classes combine an awesome cardio or strength training workout in a FUN environment!  We offer a wide variety of non-credit fitness classes such as kickboxing, indoor cycling, zumba, water fitness, and sculpting. These fitness classes offer the opportunity to increase fitness levels, reduce stress, and most importantly, just have fun.

How to purchase a Fitness Pass:

Get connected to fun and fitness in three easy steps!

STEP1: Get Your Pass!
In order to attend group fitness and aqua classes, you need to purchase a pass. You can register and pay for your pass in two ways :

1. On-Campus : Register at the Sport Club Fitness Center. We now take Cash, Credit, and Check anytime the Sport Club Fitness Center is open! If you are registering for the first time before you come take our classes, please allow 30 minutes before classes begin.

2. On-Line

     *ALL CATS passes must be purchased in person.

STEP 2: Sign-In!
To enter and participate in Group Fitness Classes, please check-in with the Sport Club front desk and show your current ID (for each class). The desk is located on the main floor, immediately after entry to the Sport Club . Inform the front desk which class you wish to take and obtain a FIT TAG for that class. Hand the pass to the instructor when you enter class.

To enter and participate in Aqua Aerobic Classes, please check in with the Instructor and show your current pass/receipt.

STEP 3: Have fun and enjoy yourself!

Fitness Program Updates

Fit Tag Procedure
  • Check in at the Front Desk of the Sport Club prior to the start of all group fitness classes. Please show a valid ID.

  • The Sport Club staff member will give you a FIT TAG to take with you to class.

  • Prior to the start of classes, the Fitness Instructor will collect the FIT TAG from you. 

  • This FIT TAG allows you to participate in class.

  • Please Note :
  • You may only sign into class 30 minutes prior to the class start time.
  • You must obtain a FIT TAG in order to enter group fitness classes. Each room has its own FIT TAG color.

  • If you decide to switch classes in the first 10 minutes, you will need to obtain a new FIT TAG from the Fitness Attendant Desk.

  • No FIT TAG will be handed out 10 minutes after classes have started.  This is to prevent injury.

  • FIT TAGS are valid only for the class you have signed in for.

  • Some classes have limited capacity due to equipment availability and/or room capacity.
