| The University Affairs Committee of Associated Students, SJSU (A.S.) is tasked to handle matters of the University Academic Senate. The duties of the committee are to bring to the A.S. Board of Directors issues pending in the Academic Senate and at the CSU Board of Trustees that impact the quality of education and university experience of San José State University students. In addition, they review issues not within the jurisdiction of other A.S. committees and make appropriate recommendations to the A.S. Board of Directors.
This committee seeks four (4) students-at-large to be apart of the voting membership. To apply, please fill out the A.S. Committee Application Form. All A.S. University Affairs Committee meetings are held in the A.S. House at 3:00 p.m. on the first and third Wednesday of the month.
