| BBQ and Recreation Area Facilities : | ||
| Student Organizations and University Departments can reserve both the AS recreation Area and BBQ pit for special events. The BBQ area is not lighted. The recreation area does have lights; however, a staff charge of $30/hr will be required to keep a person here to turn the lights on and off. Areas are available Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 8 PM (6:30pm when it gets dark early). During the Intramural Sports Season, availability of the Recreation Area will be limited. The BBQ area is also available for weekend activities. All groups not using Spartan shops must fill out a food permission request form. Amplified sound is not allowed without University Approval.
