The A.S. House Has Moved!

The A.S. House, originally the Scheller House, is 6500 square foot California Colonial Revival Mansion built in 1904 for businessman Henry Beaumont Scheller and his wife, Louisse. It is one of the rare surviving examples of early 20th-century residential work by architect Theodore Lenzen. The A.S. House was moved from its 4th Street location in January 2020 and is now on 10th Street, across from the Boccardo Business Complex (BBC) and the ATMs. The A.S. House functions as offices for several Associated Students departments and provides conference room and study spaces for students and student organizations.
