All regular students are eligible for free AS Eco Pass provided that their registration fees include Student Association fee of $73.50. If this item is not included in your fees, you may be a Special Session student.
Method 1: Mass mail - Beginning of each Fall/Spring semester only
TS mass-mail the AS Eco Pass stickers to most SJSU students at the beginning of each Spring and Fall semester, please read this page
for details.
Method 2: Pick up in person
You may pick up the AS Eco Pass sticker in person at the
Transportation Solutions Center. TS Center is located on the main floor of the Student Union, Room 235. The Center is open 9:30 AM to noon, and from 1:00PM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday during the summer.
Your Tower Card (issued in or after 2003) must be presented to pick up the sticker. No exceptions will be granted.
During the first three weeks of classes during the Spring/Fall semester, you may NOT pick up the current semester's sticker if the sticker has already been sent by mail and has not returned from the Post Office.
The AS Eco Pass sticker for the upcoming semester will only be available for pick up approximately one week before the first day of classes.
Method 3: Self addressed stamped envelope
To receive the AS Eco Pass sticker by mail anytime throughout the semester, please download and fill out the AS Eco Pass Claim form, and mail in 1) your form, 2) a photocopy of the front and back sides of your Tower Card (must be issued/reissued after the Summer of 2003), and 3) a self-addressed stamped envelope to the following address:

You can expect a reply within a week.
TS will not accept mail requests for replacements if you lost your Eco Pass sticker while in possession or if your sticker was stolen.
