Greyhound

Greyhound provides intercity bus service connecting San Jose and major cities in California.

In San Jose, the Greyhound depot is at 70 South Almaden Avenue (408-295-8276), between Santa Clara and San Fernando streets.

Fare types:

Students with Student Advantage Card can purchase unrestricted Greyhound tickets at a 15% discount. Greyhound may also offer special passes.

Access to campus:

From the San Jose Greyhound depot to SJSU, walk 5 blocks east along San Fernando Street, or take DASH (Downtown Area Shuttle) to the west edge of campus on 4th Street by Paseo de San Antonio. Alternatively, take one of VTA buses 63 , 64, or 81 to the north edge of campus on San Fernando by 5th Street.
