The lot is located on South Seventh Street (between Humboldt and Alma) , eight blocks south of the main campus. When the Park & Ride Lot is full, additional parking with shuttle service is available at Bud Winter Field and Municipal Stadium on E. Alma Street by 10 th Street.
 
PR Parking rate

The rate at the SJSU Park & Ride Lot is $0.50 per 30 minutes, $4.00 a day (expires at 11:59 pm, coins, $1, $5 bills accepted, no credit cards) or $96.00 for the entire semester.

Park & Ride Permits are valid only in the Park & Ride Lot.  They are not valid on the main campus at any time. All valid main campus permits are also valid at the Park & Ride Lot.

'PR' offers free parking at the beginning of each semester, except on Spartan Football game day after 3 pm.

 You can purchase PR permit online at www.sjsu.edu/parking or at the Student Services Center, Bursar's office.
 

Park and Ride ShuttlePark & Ride Shuttle Service

Free, frequent Park & Ride Shuttle Service is provided between the main campus and south campus during Fall & Spring Semesters only. 

The shuttles provide all-day service between Duncan Hall on San Salvador Street and Park & Ride Lot. Shuttles run approximately every 10 minutes, from 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and every 20 minutes from 4:30 to 10:20 pm Monday through Thursday. See Shuttle Schedule.

All valid main campus permits are also valid at the Park & Ride Lot.

There is no shuttle service on Fridays, weekends, during the summer and winter sessions, or on campus holidays.
