SJSU Park and Ride

General Information

Map of SJSU South Campus-Park and Ride

The lot is located on South Seventh Street (between Humboldt and Alma), eight blocks south of the main campus. When the Park & Ride Lot is full, additional parking with shuttle service is available at Bud Winter Field and Municipal Stadium on E. Alma Street by 10 th Street.

Parking rate

The rate at the SJSU Park & Ride Lot is $4.00 a day or $96.00 for the entire semester.

All valid main campus permits are also valid at the Park & Ride Lot.

Park and Ride is closed on Fridays and there is no shuttle available. As a result, Park and Ride permits are valid in the main campus parking garages on Fridays only.

Shuttle Service

From Monday to Thursday, shuttles service begins at 6:15am and runs every 15 minutes until 3:30pm with stops at Duncan Hall, Engineering Building, Student Services Center, Business Tower, and Park and Ride. From 3:30pm to 10:40pm. shuttles run every 20 minutes with stops at Duncan Hall and Park and Ride only.

There is no shuttle service on Fridays, weekends, during the summer and winter, or on campus holidays.
