	Signature Programs

	Alternative Spring Break Travel on domestic and international service trips during spring break. Trips include Tijuana, Mexico and New Orleans, Louisiana.

	Students In Action Mentor students at after-school programs and youth ceners. Develop one-on-one relationships wih middle school and high school students.

	Social Action & Civic Engagement SJSU students raise social consciousness and promote civic engagement through programming & on campus events. Issues include homlessness and the enviroment.

	Orgs That Care Teams of student organizations, fraternities and sororities are paired together to clean, maintain, and beautify neighborhoods and parks in San Jose.

	SJSU Music Project Serve fellowships at low socio-economic schools (K-6) to help improve music instruction.

	Spartan Superheroes Be a hero & dedicate time to your local community.

	Youth Development To provide services to agencies that support youth through various capacities such as mentoring, tutoring and programming

	Art & Culture To provide services to agencies that promote, encourage and demonstrates cultural and art awareness, appreciation and education

	Environmental Health To provide services to agencies that seek, encourage, create and advocate for a healthy environment and community, through planting, land beautification, animal service and community restoration

	Human Services To provide services to agencies that serve individuals and families in the areas of basic needs, health awareness and human advocacy

	Capacity Building To provide services that assist in the sustainability and growth of an organization to fulfill its mission. Such activities include, but are not limited to, marketing, public relations,program development, and client recruitment
